About me,
My name is Anouk Vermeulen
Wedding photographer with a love for genuine moments. On a wedding day, I focus primarily on the little things: a glance between the two of you, a hand briefly held, the laughter of your family. It is precisely these moments that tell the true story of your day.
During a wedding, I work calmly and intuitively. No strict direction or forced poses, but space for you to simply be yourselves. This creates photos that later bring back exactly that feeling.
I accept only a limited number of weddings each year, so that I can give every couple the attention they deserve.

Wedding photography
A wedding is full of moments that often pass faster than you realize. That is precisely why photos are so valuable. Not only to see what the day looked like, but to go back for a moment to how it felt.
As a documentary wedding photographer, I capture your day exactly as it unfolds. No forced poses, but attention to the small moments that make the day special. A glance during the ceremony, a smile from friends, or a hand being briefly held.
This is how a wedding reportage is created that feels calm, spontaneous, and timeless.
Getting married abroad
A wedding abroad has something special about it. Not only the wedding day itself, but often the days surrounding it as well. Traveling together, family and friends coming especially for you, and all the little moments that make such a destination wedding extra special.
As a documentary wedding photographer, I capture your wedding exactly as it unfolds. No stiff poses or having to constantly do things for the camera, but rather a focus on the atmosphere, the people around you, and the moments that arise naturally. This way, you get photos that show not only what your day looked like, but above all, how it felt.
I specialize in weddings on Malta, Gozo, and Sicily. From an intimate ceremony to an elaborate destination wedding or a complete wedding weekend with a pre-wedding dinner, the wedding day itself, and moments together the day after.
Are you getting married in Malta, Gozo, or Sicily? Then I would love to travel with you to capture your story in a spontaneous and relaxed way.
